To get a problem solved faster

If a video didn't download, include in your message:

• the video's link on Facebook;
• the device and browser you used, for example "iPhone 13 with Safari" or "Samsung with Chrome";
• the error message that appeared on screen, if there was one.

Before writing, it's worth checking the help center: most questions already have a step-by-step guide.
